- JAC 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा आवेदन प्रपत्र 03 दिसम्बर 2024 से 28 दिसम्बर 2024 तक विलम्ब शुल्क रहित तक जमा किया जायेगा।
- आवेदन प्रपत्र 29 दिसम्बर 2024 से 31 दिसम्बर 2024 तक विलम्ब शुल्क सहित तक जमा किया जायेगा।
- जो विद्यार्थी कक्षा 11वीं की परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं, वे केवल आवेदन प्रपत्र भर सकते हैं।
- छात्र-छात्राएं परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र में अंकित की जाने वाली सभी विवरण जैसे कि पंजीयन संख्या, नाम, जन्मतिथि आदि पंजीकरण कार्ड के अनुसार ही भरेंगे।
- छात्र-छात्राएं जिनके 3 वर्ष की सूचीकरण अवधि समाप्त हो गई है का पूर्ण पंजीयन एवं आवेदन प्रपत्र भी ऑनलाइन भराया जाएगा।
JAC 12th Form Fill Up 2025
झारखंड अधिविध परिषद (JAC) रांची द्वारा आयोजित वार्षिक इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा, 2025 हेतु परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन प्रपत्र (Form Fill Up) का नोटिस जारी कर दिया हैं। JAC कक्षा 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा 2025 (वार्षिक इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा, 2025) में सम्मिलित होने वाले सभी छात्र/ छात्राओं, अभिभावकों एवं +2 विद्यालय/इंटर महाविद्यालय के प्रधानों को सूचित किया जाता है कि इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षा आवेदन प्रपत्र परिषद् के वेबसाइट www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in/jac/ के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन भराया जाएगा। इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षा आवेदन प्रपत्र 03 दिसम्बर 2024 से 23 दिसम्बर 2024 तक विलम्ब शुल्क रहित तथा 24 दिसम्बर 2024 से 31 दिसम्बर 2024 तक विलम्ब शुल्क सहित ऑनलाइन के माथ्यम से रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म जमा किया जायेगा।
JAC 12th Exam 2025
- JAC Board 12th Exam will be conducted by JAC from February 2025.
- JAC 12th Exam will be based on Multiple Choice (MCQ) questions and mixed questions of very short answer, short answer and long answer.
- The examination will be conducted only through a plain answer sheet, i.e.: OMR sheet will not be provided for multiple choice (MCQ) questions.
- Students will have to write the answers of multiple choice (MCQ) questions on a answer sheet only.
- Questions will be asked from the entire syllabus (100% syllabus) in the examination.
- The syllabus for the Intermediate Examination has been released by JCERT.
- The result of the Annual Intermediate Examination 2025 will be published by incorporating the marks obtained in internal assessment and written answer sheet.
- All the candidates will be given additional time of 15 minutes to study the question paper.

How to Fill Up Exam Form
- Visit the official website of https://jac.jharkhand.gov.in/jac/.
- At the homepage, go to the “Recent Announcements” section.
- Click on the “Class 12th Exam Form 2025”.
- Now, you will be redirected to another page of JAC.
- Candidates need to download the online JAC 12th Exam Form Fill-Up 2025 and fill it out under the guidance of the school authority.
- Fill in all the details as mentioned in the hard copy of the Exam form.
- Use your registered mobile number to log in to the website to enter the details.
- Now, an OTP will be sent to a registered mobile number, and the school needs to enter the OTP to proceed.
- Enter the details of each and every student by clicking on the link “Add New Student”.
- Now, the school will save it and take the printout of the checklist of each student for checking details offline.
- At last finish the payment process through online payment method.
